    Swatches go out before you commit to a reel, so the hand and shade are agreed on paper, not on screen.

  3. Quote and confirm

    Price, format and lead time in writing. Nothing is cut or shipped until you confirm the spec.

  4. Dispatch

    Rolls, sheets or bulk cartons, wrapped for transit and booked with your carrier or ours.

    Do you supply small quantities?

    Yes. Sheets and reams suit smaller kitchens and workshops. Reels and bulk cartons suit production lines. Tell us the run size and we will advise the format with the lowest shipping cost.

    How do I place a first order?

    Send the grade, GSM, width and quantity by phone or email. Unsure of the spec? A photo of the paper you use today is enough for us to work from.

  • 03

    How do repeat orders work?

    Once you agree a spec, we keep the spec on file. Place repeats by phone, by email or through the mobile store. Each repeat ships against the same sheet you approved.

  • 04

    What are your payment terms?

    We agree terms before the first dispatch. New accounts usually start on advance or part advance. Terms ease as we build a history together.

  • 05

    Do you accept changes after I confirm an order?

    Yes, until we cut the paper. Reels slit to your width and trimmed sheets never go back to stock, so we call to confirm before cutting.

  • 06

    Do you quote per kilo or per ream?

    Both, depending on format. We price reels by weight, and sheets and reams by pack. Your quote states which, so you have nothing to work out afterwards.
